●”Yoshino-cho web disaster prevention map” (hereinafter referred to in this site) is the site that a user can read on a PC/smartphone about the danger expected by floods, landslide disaster, or earthquakes in yoshino-cho.
●The browser to use in this site is recommended as follows. It can be displayed even with other browser, but some functions may be limited.

●The danger points are predicted based on a subset of conditions which may vary, and it is possible that the extent of the disaster exceeds the prediction.
●Before using the map data (“data”) offered by this site, please read the following terms which are the terms and conditions between the user and Yoshino-Cho. Please use the data only when you can agree to all these terms. You shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms when the data is used.
Article 1 (copyright and permission to use the data)
1. The copyright of the data belongs to ZENRIN Co. Ltd. and a third party that is granted right of use.
2. Yoshino-cho grants the following user to rights of the data to for private use. In addition, the user does not acquire any other rights.
(1) To browse data displayed on this site by a web browser
(2) To print out data displayed on this site (hereinafter the printed data will be referred to “reproduction result”)
Article 2 (observance matter)
The user shall observe the following matters.
(1) Regardless of the method, all or part of the data shall not be copied (including printing), posted, extracted, processed, modified, adapted or transmitted, except in case of the preceding article.
(2) Regardless whether charged or not, transferred, licensed, transmitted or other methods, the user shall not let a third party use the data. (including all or part of the duplicates, the output objects, the extract and other materials)
Article 3 (guarantee)
users shall note that the data may not satisfy their purpose, and that all the data may not be correct and complete. Yoshino-cho shall not take responsibility for exchange, repair, refund and other.
Article 4 (suspension of this site)
1. Yoshino-cho shall temporarily suspend all or part of this service for regular check and maintenance.
2. Yoshino-cho shall temporarily suspend all or part of this site administration without any notice in any of the cases as follows.
(1) When check or maintenance needs to be performed urgently
(2) When the administration on this site becomes impossible to be continued due to accidents such as fire and power failure, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods, wars, riots, labor disputes
(3) When Yoshino-cho judges that this site administration needs to be suspended because of operational or technical problems
(4) When this site cannot continue to run due to system and other failures
3. Yoshino-cho reserves the right to end the administration of this site by discretion of Yoshino-cho

＜information about the flood＞
●In the flood inundation assumption area (the assumption’s greatest scale, planned scale, inundation duration, house collapse/flooding assumption area (riverbank erosion, flood flow)) is assumed by Nara prefecture simulating a flood on Yoshino-river (Kino-river) and Takami-river, the rivers that the prefectures and public need to be informed about in regards to the water level according to the weather condition, in Kinokawa due to an estimated heavy rain in the Flood Control Law.
The water depth and other information in this site is colored by Yoshino-cho originally.
●As for flooding by a rip with supporting rivers, heavier rainfall than estimation, high tide or inland water flooding isn’t considered in the simulation on this site, areas not appointed in the flood inundation assumption area may get flooded or the estimated depth of the water may be different from a real situation.
＜information about the landslide disaster＞
●Landslide caution area is the areas that were appointed by Nara prefecture simulating risks of harm to residents when landslide or debris flow occurs based on “Law of the promotion of preventive measures against earth and sand disasters in the earth and sand disaster caution areas (known as “the prevention of earth and sand disaster method”)”.
●The information about landslide caution area provided in this site is not a legal document about the prevention of landslide method and does not prove the content of the landslide disaster caution area that is appointed based on the law. When detailed information is necessary for “important matter explanation” such as real estate transactions, please confirm with Yoshino-Nara engineering work office (0746-32-4051).
＜information about earthquake＞
●Map shows the prediction of the greatest shaking in each area by putting together the seismic intensity of “active fault earthquake” and “the trench type earthquake” which influences would be great to Yoshino-cho estimated based on “the second Nara earthquake damage assumption investigation” that Nara prefecture announced in 2004.
Therefore, seismic intensity shaking as it was predicted may not occur when an earthquake is actually generated.
●When the local degree of risk map expressed building damage that may occur by shaking caused by an earthquake, the degree of damages that may occur in buildings by the greatest shaking that is shown in “Likely to shake map” is presented as “degree of risk”.

３．吉野町は、吉野町の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。

＜水害に関する情報＞
●洪水浸水想定区域（想定最大規模・計画規模・浸水継続時間・家屋倒壊等氾濫想定区域（河岸浸食・氾濫流））は、紀の川水系吉野川（紀の川）及び高見川の水位周知河川について、水防法の規定のより想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される状況を奈良県がシミュレーションにより予測したものです。なお、本サイトで表示している浸水深等ついては、吉野町が独自に着色しています。
●本サイトでは、支川の決壊による氾濫、シミュレーションの前提となる降雨を超える規模の降雨、高潮及び内水による氾濫等を考慮していませんので、この洪水浸水想定区域に指定されていない区域においても浸水が発生する場合や、想定される水深等が実際と異なる場合があります。
＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
●土砂災害警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として奈良県が指定する区域です。
●本サイトで提供する土砂災害警戒区域に関する情報は、土砂災害防止法に関する法定図書ではなく、同法に基づき指定する土砂災害警戒区域の内容を証明するものではありません。不動産の取引等の「重要事項説明」等で詳細な情報が必要な場合は、奈良県吉野土木事務所（0746-32-4051）にご確認ください。
＜地震に関する情報＞
●揺れやすさマップは、平成１６年度に奈良県が公表した「第２次奈良県地震被害想定調査」に基づき吉野町への影響が大きいと想定される「活断層地震」及び「海溝型地震」の予測震度を重ね合わせて、それぞれの地域で生じる恐れのある最大の揺れを表したものです。したがって、実際に地震が発生した場合には、予測されたとおりの震度の揺れが生じるとは限りません。
●地域の危険度マップは、地震による揺れによって発生する建物被害の状況を、相対的に表したもので、「揺れやすさマップ」で示した最大の揺れとなった場合に、建物に生じる程度を「危険度」として表しています。
